ME-SAR makes hot forging of parts with approximate weight 0.1 to 30 kg. Our forged products are mainly used in petrolchemical and food industries, industrial vehicles and, generally, mechanical and medical industries.

The items most frequently supplied up to now are:

Closed die forgings for petrochemical, ship-building and food industries (valve bodies and bonnets of any kind, connecting unions such as elbows, tees, crosses, stainless steel tap bodies, butterfly gate valve pins)

Closed die forgings for mechanical industry (tie-rods, cams, hinges, collar flanges and disks, rings)

Closed die forgings for transport systems (brake slack adjusters, hinges and other closing mechanisms, universal joint forks)

We make hot forging of products made of carbon steels, alloy steels and stainless steels, hot forging of nickel alloys and titanium alloys.
