ME-SAR is specialized in hot forging (closed die forging) of products made of various metals and in particular carbon steel, as well as stainless and alloy steels, according to customer’s drawing.

Special attention is dedicated to the design of the tools used for steel forging, and customers are provided with prototypes, in order to define the technical features of the products.

Founded in 1962 under the name of Colsar, ME-SAR first opened its doors in Barzanó. In 1997 the company moved its operations to the current location, Castello di Brianza.

ME-SAR has been ISO 9002 certified by Bureau Veritas since 1995 and  ISO 9001 certified since 2003 .

The company is certified by DNV GL as well, according to pressure equipment directive 2014/68/EU Annex1 section 4.3, and by Kiwa according to Norsok standard M-650.
